What would you do if suddenly one day your computer died and you lost all of your valuable information? It is always a good idea to do regular backups of your important documents, photos and music. This should be done to another place besides your computer such as on a CD/DVD or external hard drive. If your system is already down and not booting we can attempt to retrieve your important files. This can only be done as long as the hard drive is functioning.
